BOXING + CARDIO

With an emphasis on cardiovascular endurance this class focuses on proper boxing technique to help reach fitness goals. Experienced coaches provide intermediate and advanced instruction, creating a welcoming, structured environment for members of all skill levels. Come prepared to sweat! (and bring a towel, you're going to need it!)

OPEN GYM

Want to fit in your boxing workout but can't make a class?  Or do you just want to buckle down, focus on your breath and perfect your moves while doing your own thing?  If so then Open Gym is for you!  An individual workout session plan is always available in the gym to help guide your time and a 13th Round trainer is available to offer pointers and feedback if you're interested, just let them know and they're happy to help!

Boxing Pad work + Drills

This technique-focused class is designed to take your boxing skills to the next level. Centered on padwork with the coach, the goal of the class is to refine your technique and sharpen all the tools of boxing. From increasing your punching power and accuracy, to learning various defensive moves, this class is a fun and cardio-intensive way to improve the technical side of the sweet science.  Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, everyone is welcome to join!

SPARRING

Join our sparring sessions and take your technique to the next level! Sparring is designed to help you improve your skills and put them into practice. With a focus on simulating real boxing scenarios, you'll be able to sharpen your reflexes, enhance your footwork, and develop your overall boxing strategy. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced boxer, our sessions provide a challenging and supportive environment to help you reach your full potential. Get ready to unleash your inner champion and dominate the ring!

TECHNICAL TRAINING

With its focus on boxing fundamentals in a traditional open format, this class features qualified and experienced coaches providing nuanced instruction to members in the pursuit of technical advances in punching, footwork, and boxing knowledge, along with conditioning drills to improve overall fitness. Open to all skill levels.

Drop-in Youth Boxing (13-18yrs)

This high-intensity workout focuses on developing and improving the fundamentals of boxing technique while kicking your cardio into full-gear!  No previous experience or equipment is needed.  This class is open to all youth, both paid and complimentary members.  Bring a friend (or two!) - we can't wait to see you on Saturday morning!
