Free BOXING + LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM
YOUTH 15-18
Youth between the ages of 15 - 18 years old are encouraged to apply. No boxing experience is required, gloves and hand wraps will be provided.
Program Dates:
Monday, February 2 to Wednesday, April 1, 2026
Program Times:
Mondays, Wednesdays + Fridays
4:30 to 6:30 PM
The first hour of the program focuses on non-contact boxing instruction led by our Boxing Ontario certified coaches and the second hour includes a shared meal, homework and social support as requested + games, new friends and leadership opportunities! Both hours are mandatory.
Participating youth are expected to attend three times a week for the full two hours unless other commitments conflict with the program. If a participant misses a Monday, Wednesday or Friday session they must attend a drop-in boxing class offered on either Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday to make up for the missed session.

13th Round has a strict no cell phone policy. When you arrive at the gym you’ll be expected to hand in your cell phone to a 13th Round staff member and it will be returned to you at 6:30. There are no exceptions.

No! 13th Round will provide you with hand wraps and gloves for the program duration.

Yes! You will have time for homework at the beginning of each day. If you require help with your work, the staff will be able to work through it with you.

We ask that you change into comfortable clothing and a clean pair of indoor athletic shoes for boxing.
